You know that New Year solution you renew every year and break after a month? Guilty. I got sick of it and read every book on the human subconscious, habits, and why we struggle to change and then I decided:
“F*CK IT, one year from now I’m gonna be a completely different person. I want health, wealth, and happiness.”
We are creatures of habit, we are herd animals, we need accountability.
